Design
One of the things that sets Royal apart from the competition is our sales force. Each of our sales representatives has extensive experience in the corrugated industry. Our design team utilizes CAD programs and a robotic CAD table to create exact samples of your packages. We can create these samples in a minimal of time. Turnaround in 48 hours or less is not unusual. In fact, we’ve even been known to use our CAD table to help customers who might find themselves in a bind and need an emergency order fulfilled.

Our largest machine, the 189” Langston can die-cut, score and print extremely large one piece boxes. Ideal for large and heavy objects, such as car bumpers fenders and doors, these one-piece boxes are strong , secure and printed with your company’s identification and message.
The Flexo Folder Gluer, computer controlled directly from our CAD / CAM program, is one of our most versatile machines. Corrugated sheets are supplied, then the Flexo Folder Gluer scores, prints, slots, folds and glues. Basically, sheets go in, ready to go boxes come out!
